What is Family Therapy?
Family Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that helps family members better understand each other, support one another and work through difficult situations.
Family Therapy aims to be:

Inclusive and considerate of the needs of each family member and / or other key relationships ( systems) in people's lives.

Enable people to talk, together or individuals, often about difficult or distressing issues, in ways that respect their experiences, invite engagement and support recovery.l
When is Family Therapy Useful?
Family Therapy is useful for families that are facing all kinds of difficulties and experiences. These can include;

Families who are worried about their Children's behaviour.

Families who are fostering or adopting children.

Parents who have divorced or separated and want to focus on their Children's happiness, needs and development.

Any family who would like someone to help them talk about difficult things together in a way that is safe, open, creative and useful.
